To run your dashboard, we collect:

• Account details — your name, university email, and campus.
• Academic data you enter — routine, attendance, marks and CGPA figures, entered by you.
• Career data you upload — resumes, job posts you paste in, and LinkedIn profile details you choose to share.
• Usage data — which tools you open and how often, so we know what to improve.

Your data is used to run the tools you open — building your routine, calculating your CGPA, generating feedback on your resume, and so on. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage data to decide which tools to improve next.

Tools like resume feedback, job-fit insights, and cover letter generation send the text you provide to an AI model to generate a result. We don't use your personal resume or job-application content to train any model, and we don't sell this content to third parties.

We don't sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, and payment processing via Paddle).
• Your university's career office, only for Campus accounts, and only with your consent.
• Authorities, if required by law.

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on servers with access limited to the engineers who maintain the product. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You can review, correct, export, or delete the data in your account from your dashboard settings. If you'd rather we do it for you, contact us and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
